- For phabmh:T6612, I am working around project namespace naming restriction by creating "Project:" custom namespace (let's call it pseudo-project NS)
- Because MediaWiki will think it's part of default NS scheme, pseudo-project NS will take over the "SITENAME" part in managewiki/namespaces. This means you will not be able to see original Project namespace titled "SITENAME". You can visit the original Project: NS config by Special:ManageWiki/namespaces/4 (NS 4 is predefined).
