Various setup process.

Requires revi/dots in GitHub.

Do this first!

• Install 1password and complete the initial setup. You will need various license key stored in 1password.
• If *nix system, git clone https://github.com/revi/dots. Dots setup at Setup/.dot.
• Remember the iTunes.
